Hemp Reishi Protein Balls
1.5 scoops hemp protein powder
2 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon linseeds
2 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds
3 Tablespoons ﬂaked coconut
4 Tablespoons cacao powder
100g medjool dates
1 Tablespoons coconut oil
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 Tablespoon cacao nibs
1. Place protein powder seeds, cacao powder and salt in food processor and proceed until ﬁne.
2. Add dates, coconut oil and maple syrup and process until mixture starts to stick together.
3. Add cacao nibs and process a few seconds to combine.
4. Mould into balls and refrigerate or freeze until ﬁrm.
Note: If the mixture is a little dry to mould into balls, add a little filtered water to correct consistency and shape into balls.
