Whether you are time poor, work from home or or rushing home from work needing to put a meal together.  We tend to make unhealthy choices when we're tired and it can seem so much effort to cook a meal.   It's easier to order takeout or choose something that has been prepared and engineered to taste good.  Sound familiar? So tempting and hard to resist. You’re not alone, we've all been there. But what is that doing to your health?  Let me show you a better way.  I’ve designed this part of my program to help people set up their pantry and kitchen and have nutritious foods on hand to be able to create healthy choices.

Enjoy a fun day out learning about Melbourne’s Markets. Start with Moving Meditation-QiGong then a Picnic breakfast at  a lovely location. After breakfast we will travel to an Iconic Market and meet the farmers/growers and shop for organic sustainable produce.

Learn to create healthy meals. We will cook together and you will learn the art of efficient meal prep, allowing you to prepare quick, easy and healthy meals .  During the 3 hour cook you will learn a selection of dishes you can easily create that are nutritious, and made from whole foods.
